The larger ones allow you to target 2 parts of the body at once (arms, legs). The electrodes size S, on the other hand, are suitable for treating smaller areas such as elbows, ankles, arms or neck. The electrodes can be used repeatedly but have a lifetime of 20-30 uses. Their longer-term functionality is enhanced by applying them to dry, clean skin. Store them in their original resealable container to prevent the conductive gel from drying.
