During that one second of testing, several precise components work to determine the body temperature. This thermometer is much faster and more accurate than conventional small digital thermometers. What is more, thanks to the non-contact measuring technology, its use is completely safe and very easy.

High measurement accuracy

Just press the button and point the probe at a dry and clean forehead. The rest is taken care of by an accurate sensor that measures the radiated thermal energy. Additional sensors eliminate the disturbing effects of ambient temperature, correct any distance deviations and calibrate the body temperature reading.

Safe even for the youngest children

With the help of the iHealth PT2L forehead thermometer, you can measure the body temperature without touching the patient. The thermometer does not contain any radiation source, only precise sensors and a probe. The use of the thermometer is therefore safe even for the youngest children or disabled patients.

Contains a fever and elevated temperature indicator

The thermometer announces the end of the measurement with an optional beeping sound. You can read the result on the clear backlit display with large numbers, which automatically turns off when not in use. For better orientation, a colour icon indicator will appear based on the measured value, so you can immediately distinguish between:

fever (temperature ≥ 38 °C),

elevated temperature (temperature within 37,5 °C – 38 °C)

or normal temperature (≤ 37,5 °C).
