The pack contains a total of 12 electrodes for Duo Sport, respectively 4 sets of 3 pieces. Specifically, these are 4 electrodes size M and 8 electrodes size S. The larger ones allow you to target 2 parts of the body at once (arms, legs). The electrodes size S, on the other hand, are suitable for treating smaller areas such as elbows, ankles, arms or neck. The electrodes can be used repeatedly but have a lifetime of 20-30 uses. Their longer-term functionality is enhanced by applying them to dry, clean skin. Store them in their original resealable container to prevent the conductive gel from drying.
The electrodes and gel are made of non-allergenic materials and are adapted to improve conductivity and current dissipation during electrotherapy. For exact instructions on how to use and place them, please refer to the Bluetens Get Better app.
